Can anyone who follows Idol tell me if this is relatively unique? Do other Idol finalists get the opportunities that Haley is enjoying?

I mean I've always assumed post Idol life would be similar to what Scotty, Lauren, James, Casey or even Pia are doing....

I mean Haley's post Idol journey appears to be taking so many different paths to unusual opportunities that open doors for other divergent avenues.... or maybe this is typical?

Sure she hasn't hit it big on LU, but that hasn't stalled her upwards momentum, I mean, seriously, look at the kinds of opportunities she is getting to immerse herself in....

Could it be that the main factor is being an Ole client?

I think most of it is because she has connections with Ole and 19 E. They are helping her get experience and become more known around the world.

Well, DeAndre's getting this opportunity too. Albeit for a different reason.

I think Ole has a lot to do with it. They've been fantastic to Haley. (getting her songs on a lot of things, football..movies...commercials.)

I also think that Ole sees Haley as a budding and really talented writer. And so she gets to do these things.

Hmmm.... so it appears, if true, that Haley's gamble of stalling her album so she can write her own songs despite the general understanding that doing that is normally a career killer, has paid off

Ole sees value in Haley as a writer and a singer. When it comes to placements, they probably consider her hit ratio off Listen Up! to be phenomenal.
