That's an issue to work out the logistics of this wonderful concept. If we all lived in the same town I think it could possibly work. But add in airfare and hotel rooms, a $500 contribution could unfortunately be a $1,000 commitment. I might discuss a concept with Harry on Saturday. Not sure what that is yet but I'm mulling over some ideas.

I've seen a small bump in YouTube subscriptions, probably in part to positive Haley news (or there are still those out there who think I'm affiliated with Haley )

Maybe we should have it in a location closer to where more Haliens live, in the west somewhere. Then more people could attend.

I'm not sure that's it's accurate to say more Haliens are in the West. They've had the fortune to be near where Haley lives and performs when she performs so they are more vocal. If Haley was based and performed mostly in NY, we might assume there were more Haliens in the East.

It's all perspective.

IMO, Central makes the most sense because no one would have to cross to the other side of the country.... but what do I know

I know there are fans all over the nation. But maybe your right Tusk. Since Haley has played in LA and Las Vegas, we hear more from those haliens than from those on the east coast. I was just trying to be courteous, and thinking we should take turns about where we could all meet up, since the first shindig was in Chicago.

But, yeah, I would like it in the Central US! (I live there) or maybe we could have it at Buzz's house, since he came up with the idea of a joint donation. LOL

I'm easy. Who knows if this thing could even work. Just having fun throwing ideas around.

I could be wrong too, I'm just thinking of circumstances that might affect the perception. Also, central increases the chances the Reinharts could be involved since travel for them would be minimal, and Haley wouldn't have to pay for 'a musician' and his travel...

For me twice, the day after I saw Haley at Lollapalooza, weather wiped out the entire day's events. @ the Shindig...well all who were there know that a few hours here and there difference might have turned disastrous for what turned out to be a once in a lifetime experience none will forget. Miguel almost missed the whole concert it was cut that close

And those scary thunderstorms are coming tomorrow in the middle of a major snow meltdown! Yikes, I'm worried about flooding. The snow is 4 feet high around my house and it's suppose to rain up to 2 inches. then go down to freezing again tomorrow night.

I never experienced this kind of weather growing up in chi town.
