I got a special privilege today during my lunch with Patti. Playing thru my car's CD sound system I heard about a dozen of Haley's new studio-produced songs, many of which were written in Greece at the songwriting camp. I gotta tell you...there were some sure-fire hits in this mix. The worry-warts have nothing to worry about with Haley's future. I was even more impressed with these songs than most Listen Up songs. I can divulge the initials of 3 of my favorites:

ole has concluded a worldwide co-publishing deal of the existing catalog and future songs written by singer/songwriter, Clare Reynolds. The deal includes both of Reynolds'' released albums: Inside My Head and Colour My Heart.

Clare Reynolds, an Australian-born singer/songwriter, recently attended ole''s 6th annual pop+urban songcamp: EDM Edition in Los Angeles and gave a strong performance.

Wow some big news on this thread! Things are getting exciting again. Honestly I like the little by little reveals leading up to Haley Phase II in full swing. I think it's a lot of fun! Thanks for sharing Himm!

The full gamut of genres Yanni. No song sounds the same and each one was great in it's own way. Definately some deep emotion in some.

Haley’s also been writing material for a sophomore album for the last year and a half — music she says she’s “eager to get out there.”

Album number two might have a slightly different sound than album number one, but she promises “the soul remains the same; it’s going to be very sultry.”

And this news is bound to please Idol fans: Haley and Casey Abrams have been writing music together. Their duets were among the Season 10 highlights.

“I’m really excited about what we’ve been doing so far,” she says. “That, hopefully will be on my next album, at least the first song we wrote together.”
