I've been looking, there hasn't been indication that they performed. I think this is just one of those "Grand Openings" where, for a price, you get to hang out with celebrities, so they're just there to hob nob with guests, get paid and relax in Cancun (what a life, huh?)

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Officially Opens

Celebrity guests who attended the exclusive event and walked the red carpet included Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star, Scott Disick, Victoria's Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio, The Hills reality star and TV host Audrina Patridge, DJ Connor Cruise, DJ Jack Novak and American Idol's Haley Reinhart and Casey Abrams. Various VIPs included the Seminole Tribe of Florida, All Inclusive Collection executives, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos executives and seven Wounded Warriors in Action – U.S. combat wounded, Purple Heart recipients.

The grand finale included a live beachside concert from rock icon Jon Bon Jovi and his New Jersey side band The Kings of Suburbia. Guests danced the night away and enjoyed the concert and stellar view from the Woodstock Terrace. VIPs and Celebrities mixed and mingled at the exclusive After Party at Club Heaven with DJ Connor Cruise and Jack Novak, and live fire show.

So no performance, just a celebrity for guests to mingle with. Looks like the Bon Jovi show was the only 'performance' for this event

I just got back to DF after a few days in Cancun where I had so much fun! We went there for the opening of the new Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya. Renato was hosting the event and to celebrate the opening Jon Bon Jovi preformed. Haley Reinhart and Casey Abrams from American Idol were also there as special guests, super cool people so here they are as my Tuesday Tune! (I feel the Earth move)
