We're not 'starting' at 6am, it's when we (Haliens/crew) get together to take the shuttle to location, about 1 1/2 hr drive, I think...

Even though I'd love if she is also taking the shuttle, I'd guess she's going up there on her own (with entourage...still think Casey might be there ) and will be there when we arrive

Maybe you can get ‏@HairByEvelise to give you a little trim before production starts.

I went and got a trim yesterday already. I pay $15 every 3 months and I'm good to go. I'm betting Evilese charges more than that lol (though apparently you get wine with the deal )

I wish I could stay thru the weekend (return Friday morning) to maybe catch some shows w/ folks in LA, but it's already costing a pretty penny for a short notice flight, I ended up choosing the cheapest option to return.... I'll be kicking myself if she ends up performing somewhere

Sure does, especially at 6 AM, traffic is still light.

I'm guessing 90 minutes, that's what I was told when I asked a couple California friends, mapquest put it over 2hrs, but who really knows w/ traffic, and maybe why they chose to gather everyone so dang early to avoid as much traffic as possible (also a way to make sure everyone can make it at the same time)

I actually booked my first Hotel closer to the site 1/2 hr, just in case it was some early time 'cause I have no reference re: LA traffic.

But since we found out late last night that they decided on a shuttle (originally, they said to work out how to get there, if not able, they'd figure something out) I thought that maybe, the ride with the crew should be part of the 'experience' as well. Especially, if Haley will be on the shuttle as well (but I think likely not)

Luckily, Hotel.com kindly didn't charge me a change fee, and I got a hotel closer (+$20) to the meeting spot (10 minutes)....

Saves me on gas because we (Haliens) couldn't work out a way for us to carpool (mostly because we had so little notice, to begin with..), so would have taken 3 vehicles to head to location in morning LA traffic...

The shuttle option is by far a smarter choice, thank goodness

I'm glad they decided to do the shuttle option for you guys, especially if the drive is that far, no one gets lost or is late, etc. Tusk, you better get some sleep, lol.
