I think he means he "re-edited" Haley's songs for clubs and casual gigs. Not that he wants people to "reedit" his version. But I could be wrong.

So I did this song for my audition for American Idol a few weeks ago. I hit the notes and all that good stuff, but I didn't have a good enough story to be on the show. This being sad, I'm not too mad about not making the show, but I must admit that it was an amazing experience to be surrounded by others that share the same love that I do. Haley Reinhart is a goddess though, and heck she didn't make American Idol her first audition.
And the voice is near me next summer soooo...
