RE: "Undone" general discussion (split from interview thread)
I didn't count this audio version @ iHeartRadio so this puts Undone beyond Vevo Free in YouTube views. I was just going to mention this performance to John. She killed it & the crowd was mesmerized.

I do think this is her best performance of the song (she has so few). I suppose one could characterize it as mistake free but the tone of "gone" at :51 and 1:57 is unpleasant to my ear. The mesmerizing effect goes "poof."

RE: "Undone" general discussion (split from interview thread)
Regarding “Undone”, it is still mentioned at least 5-10 times a day on Twitter, almost 2.5 years since the release of “Listen Up”. Estimates are 2.5 Million views of the lyrics and related videos (and maybe much more than that), and there are dozens of “Undone” video covers by various musicians, once again, from all over the world. The inclusion of the song in the “Step Up” movie helped, but clearly, this song continues to resonate and touch so many people around the world.
IMHO, “Undone”, if released and supported by Interscope, and more importantly by Haley, could have been the breakthrough song for “Listen Up”. But, the consensus I have heard is that Haley did not like to perform that song, and perhaps did not want that song to define her. She did not want to be the sad “Undone” girl and have to sing that emotional, heart-wrenching song all the time.
My hope is that another big name artist or band covers “Undone” in the future, and perhaps it will draw more attention to Haley and the amazing CD that is “Listen Up”.

If you wanted to give it a try singing it, here's the song w/o Haley's voice....which makes me appreciate Keith Phelp's take on the keys for the song.... Without Haley's vocals, the music is pretty mundane
Listen to Keith's interpretation of the piano's part
Incidentally, before this show, the hosts asked Keith to play Haley's songs on their baby grande piano. This wasn't an ordinary piano, it also electronically tracked and recorded Keith's key stroke as he played it, so they could replay it (not a recording, but the actual key strokes) forever.... One of the songs they recorded was Keith's interpretation of "Undone", a truly unique keepsake

Sigh.... I miss Keith.

The 21st century version of a player piano -- I'd love to hear that "keepsake."
