American Idol star and an employee probably just below the pope himself, were two of those who got the taste of burgundy jackets after the weekend's big and attendance adventurous Ireland tour.

The story of the unexpected Norwegian Choir was the highlight of the Reinhart's trip to Ireland. the four of them were on a tour bus on their way to sightsee the cliffs and the bus stop at a pub for lunch or something and there was a Norwegian Choir performing there. Somehow they found out that an American Idol and her family was there and 30 of the choral singers surrounded the Reinharts singing a song in perfect harmony. I think the song was "Kiss the Girl" or something like that. They treated Haley like a goddess from the music world heavens and Haley had tears of joy streaming down her face. Haley & Patti were just glowing telling me the story on the ride home from O'hare. As we were leaving the International Terminal Haley called Patti, in tears saying she missed her flight to LA from the Domestic terminal by 3 minutes. She had to take the people mover tram and go thru security again. I pulled over while exiting the terminal to see if I needed to go back and pick Haley up in case she'd fly out tomorrow but they got her a flight an hour later but after 9 hours in airports and on airplanes and up since 3 AM US time she didn't need the extra stress.

But it sure sounded like they had a great time over there.

^^Great story, Himm! What a wonderful experience they had with the choir--the sort of memory that can last a life time. I'm sorry to hear about Haley's missing her flight, but how cool for you to get to drive the Reinhart's around like to have had the opportunity to do.

At one of the Pubs Haley & Patti sang a couple songs and Haley & Angie sang: "Kiss Me". Haley has a miserable cold now from the wet weather they were in upon arrival.

I'd rather look like Morgan Fairchild, but she's pretty old now and my boobs probably don't sag as much as hers.
It's more like "Driving Ms. Patti" as haven't had the Haley opportunity yet. Close but no cigar. Everytime I've had Patti in my car, Haley has called her mom and conveyed pleasantries to me thru her cellphone.
As long as the reality show has nothing to do with the Kardashians...I'm so sick of hearing about those worthless media whores. Wonder if they'd be famous if the O.J./Kardashian Dream Team lost the biggest bogus trial in history.
