nobody snubs him, not even the super snobby elite like Dave Grohl.

David Grohl is 'super snobby'? I admit it's been over a decade since I've followed any of the rock an roll scene, but Grohl has always struck me as a down to earth, always respectful of Rock/music history...I haven't seen evidence of attitude from him. It's been one of my wishes for Haley to meet Grohl in some musical capacity as a way for her to finally meet Paul McCartney (Grohl seems to be in attendance at the various Beatles' tributes, playing for and with McCartney)

Grohl's been very outspoken about his disdain for reality singing shows in many of his interviews. Before James met him at an Autism benefit where they both performed, I was dreading that Grohl would be "offish" towards him. But turns out Grohl was a fan of his during S10 and even voted for him.

Grohl is a true musician in every sense of the word, I'm sure Haley would get much more out of meeting him than just a means to meet McCartney, that's not to take away from McCartney as he's a legend. I hope that her dream of meeting McCartney becomes a reality someday.

That is how I feel about him, could've kept up with the big boys in the '70-90's IMO. I'm a little conflicted in that had, Kurt Cobain never met his premature ending, we might not have known Grohl as more than "Nirvana's Drummer". So as sad as Kurt's demise was, it gave life to the career that Grohl has attacked with full fervor and delight. You can sense his love for everything about music to his core.

As far as 'reality singing competitions'... I can't hold that against him... before Season 10, that was my opinion too. Had it not been for that fateful day I decided to watch the show and become enamored with Haley (I rooted for James and Lauren initially), I would still have a low perception of RSC's.

But having been a fan of Haley's these past years, I've accepted that possible attitude towards Haley, but I think that Music is so much a fibre of her being that given the chance, others, like Grohl, who have a plentiful respect of music, it's history and those that came before, they would see that kindred spirit in Haley...

Also... one very big common denominator....they are all three HUGE Beatles fans, so have a significant common interest

(That has always bothered me a bit... it's very obvious James has as much a reverence for the Beatles as Haley has, and Blues/Rock and Roll... and have often wondered what it is between them that makes it so hard for James to acknowledge Haley in any way .... Could it be as simple as Stefano? )

Not gonna lie, I'd love if James and Haley collaborated on a barn burner...hell even a Beatles song

I think James and Haley are polar opposites personality wise. Their love for music is the only common denominator between them. She is a free spirit and many find that annoying but that is what I love about her. But that is just my humble opinion.

I don't know either of them personally but I think the same, they're very different personalities. Also James is an Aspie, people with this condition can be very challenging for those who don't consider patience as one of their virtues. Also James is generally quite uncomfortable around girls, and isn't in the habit of having female friends. I'm sure he wouldn't mind working with Haley though if they can find a suitable music project.
