Hey guys. I stopped to get some food after the show, I'll upload the vid when I get home. I'm really glad I went, it was a fun show and I got to talk to Haley for a while before the show. I asked her if her PMJ video is coming out tomorrow, and she said she didn't know. She checked her phone to see if she had a message about it, said she hadn't heard anything, but thought it might be coming out this week. I told her "You probably can't tell me what song it is can you?" and she smiled and started to say something, and then said that she probably shouldn't.

Haley did a great job telling her story! She kept everyone's attention, got some laughs, and enjoyed herself up on the stage. Very Entertaining!

I heard a mini version of that same airplane story at Las Palmas when Haley showed up with her mom at her dad's gig in Dec.

I found out tonight that Haley had a scary episode when her plane landed in Indianapolis. I didn't hear the whole story but there was a fire on her plane on the tarmac and all the passengers had to jump out of the plane to an airbag (I think I heard that right) not down an emergency chute or a mobile stairway. She told that to a friend of mine at Rise & Dine here in Wheeling this week...the same restaurant 5 Haliens had breakfast at on getaway day from the Shindig.

I thought the story sounded familiar

Haley briefly mentioned that she had to jump out of a window while still underage. Her mom told me that true story a few months ago that was equally entertaining.

That was a good tale -- Haley told it well! When talking about the smaller commercial plane, I was reminded of my first flight on one of them. I can't remember the airline's slogan, but it had something to do with the "intimacy" of it making it seem as though you were helping the flight attendants or the pilot. I remember the friend I was traveling with responded with "yeah, we get to help flap the wings!" It was a long time ago, and I still remember that.

Haley is a great storyteller!! I think the more she hangs around with comedians, the better she'll get. Her sense of humor and these connections will suit her well when she gets that gig on SNL next fall. You know, after F is for Family comes out, and her EP is out, and her connections maybe even help.... I'm so excited to see the "seeds" sprout this year!!
