RE: Haley making a video with Scott Bradlee and PMJ

Depending on where you look they seem to be between 21 and 25 Euros, or 25 and 30 USD. That's upper mid-range for that venue and only slightly less than for Awolnation two weeks later. I'd be surprised if fans who actually know who Haley, Casey or even PMJ are aren't far and in between, I think most people would just come and see what they might discover. One of the hip young magazines/websites of the "what's on in Berlin this week" style might well single out PMJ because of their youtube success and because it is cool and different, and that would attract people.
There's been somewhat of a presence of throw-back music from the 20s and 30s here in Germany over the past 10 years, and some (like the Max Raabe Palace Orchestra / Palast Orchester) have even filled large venues with it - there's lots of good German-language songs to be rediscovered from those roaring 20ies before things turned sour and then worse. So there is a taste for that, but to combine old styles with current music is new. I wonder if Haley would be allowed to sell and thereby introduce her CD along with the PMJ merchandise during the concerts, should she join (could well be it's not her - but I can also see Scott Bradlee varying the band as schedules require).

I think she'd definitely be up for it. Her buddies Casey and Jacob will be there and it's a chance to tour in new places without all the headaches of organizing and managing it. There may be other vocalists that can't commit to the whole thing. I could see Scott mixing it up with some of the group. His announcements on Casey and Morgan James mentioned they were going to be with PMJ for the whole tour, suggesting maybe others would not.
I think it's great that Casey is going to Europe with PMJ!! It is so cool! I mean, who wouldn't want to go!
I wonder if this means Casey will involved in more songs, or maybe he'll be playing different instruments with the band since he's so versatile.

For sure. Casey brings a lot to table in a tour like this ... he can sing, play bass, play guitar, and play who knows what else, at least for a song here and there. He is also an entertainer and fits right into the PMJ motif. He will have a blast.

ICYMI, our jazz remake of Tove Lo's "Habits," featuring Haley Reinhart. Haley somehow makes lyrics about binging on Twinkles sound classy...

RE: Haley making a video with Scott Bradlee and PMJ
A little more info about the tour from Scott's FB page
Quote:We'll be slowly announcing the lineup of the Postmodern Jukebox European Tour over the next few weeks, starting tomorrow. The cast will vary slightly from city to city, but there will be 12 PMJ performers at any given show, all from my YouTube channel. The backing band will consist of myself on keys, Adam Kubota on bass, Allan Mednard / Chip Thomas on drums, Ben The Sax Guy on sax / clarinet, and Ric Becker / James Hall on trombone. We're going to need a bigger tour bus this time...
So, it looks like Jacob isn't on the tour. And it looks like different singers will come and go.
