At 3:33 Haley sez "...some acting in there too" after mentioning the voice over work. I think it went by the interviewer, but do we know anything about this? I recall she recently mentioned an audition.

I had lunch with Patti today and I got my camera back that she took to the "First Look for Charity" and was able to capture 40 minutes of songs from both sets. The good news is the video and audio quality is great, but it does need video drift cleanup work. In the first non-stop 25 minute segment Haley Sang:
"Hit The Ground Running"
"Cry Me A River"
"Son of a Preacher Man"
"At Last"
"I Hear You Knockin'"
and halfway thru "Habits (Stay High) until the battery died after 25 minutes non-stop.
I should have told her to watch for the blinking low bat warning so she could change the battery between songs. She also didn't realize that there were 2 extra fully charged batteries in the camera bag I left. Fortunately Harry came to the rescue during the set break and he was able to change the battery for the 2nd set.

So the second segment is 15 minutes long from the second set. In that set Haley sang:
"Love is Worth Fighting For"
All About That Bass"
Bennie and the Jets" and
"House of the Rising Sun" (injecting some Chicago Auto Show relevance)
Some people approached Patti at the start of the 2nd set as the camera was rolling and a conversation proceeded for the first 8 minutes of the 15 with the camera drifting all over the place.
I'm thrilled that Patti was able to get 40 minutes. I do have a lot of editing and splitting of files before they are worthy of uploading and only as "unlisted" until maybe Tusk can do some magic with the drifting video. The 25 minute video I have to split up just to get it uploaded since there is a 15 minute limit on Youtube unless I go to a different log-in than usual.

Hmm, I have no 15 minute limit, each of the 3 Haley's Journey vids I posted are over an hour.

Like a video game, there are parameters that you need to meet for YouTube to give you more access and more options for your videos, such as longer videos and the ability to customize your video's icon.

BTW, I thought it was a little weird hearing AATB w/o bass accompaniment, not that I expected a bass, but it seems the bass is intrinsic to the performance of that song

My Youtube account only had to be "verified" which I did so I uploaded the full 25 minute segment privately. I'll post the best pieces (songs) that are salvagable. There are some background conversation things that Patti wanted me to edit out.

edit: I just got an email from Harry asking me not to post anything until he has a chance to see what I've edited it down to so what is uploaded is private for now.

It gives you a good feel for what it was like. Fun how Haley comes close to the guy that is taking a selfie with HER and then injects "Chicago" and "Chicago Auto Show" into the lyrics!

That was fun thanks for posting - I loved to see the interaction with them reminds me of them on idol together (one of my fave's) and the love and understanding of having fun though what you love to do

There's no crowd noise in the parts w/ Haley singing. They probably got their audio direct from the feed, wonder who might have it, if they could be convinced to publish it?

There was no crowd noise because there was virtually no crowd! The only slight noise was when people in their fancy clothes strolled by totally ignoring the great music coming from the stage. Certainly not any kind of a Halien gathering. Sad response actually. The only background noise was when people were talking to Patti and most of the applause came from Patti & Angie. I got a response from Harry from the unlisted Youtube previews i gave him, which I think implied that if it's edited down it's OK. So here is HTGR - the first song Patti recorded (and sang along with):

I could be wrong, I listened to the end she's singing "Free", there is no ambient sound. I don't mean just about talking, I'm talking about echoes in a big building setting, even crowd noises. I used to work big conventions, there's always ambient sounds.

I hear none in the audio at the end of the interview video, just the guitar and Haley.
