I thought that was the "Moanin'" dress (AI tour), but I didn't remember that dress having cap sleeves.
While on the subject of "dress" which I'm changing to "dress code," I wonder if there has been a "mishap" with Casey's jacket -- and ties. Scott seems to want the men to be wearing something that resembles a "suit." But in recent performances, Casey's jacket and ties have been MIA. Hmmm ---
Interesting to me that she brings out the idol dresses? But they do fit the show and worked on Idol - she has good taste and good business sense
I think it's interesting too - I really love that she's still using some of those clothes.
Mae: I actually checked a video too before posting that, and noticed it didn't look like cap sleeves. It just seems too coincidental though... that she would buy a dress almost identical to her tour dress.

Mae, I was wondering where Casey's jacket was too. HAHA Maybe Casey needed to get them cleaned, in which case would be kind if hard seeing that PMJ is always on the move.
I kind of like Casey in a vest like in the pic posted from last night

It must be a little bit of an art to keep track of what was worn when. Can't wear those outfits more than once or twice. Haliens can spot a dress they've seen before in a flash!

She must have figured she could wear those dresses in Europe and get away with it.
Casey did post this:

First night on the Postmodern Jukebox European Tour! Thanks for a warm welcome Berlin, Germany! & thanks to my #Haliens fo dis coo shot. #Berlin #Germany #PMJ
Of course there are lots of glowing comments and well wishers. But what I find odd is the people that go there and post stuff like this:
Quote:Dawn Cornelius I think *She* thinks she is better than she is. Maybe, hopefully, she has improved since AI.

I wonder if some of this is the downside of having been on AI -- old nonsense. Where did Dawn develop such notions about Haley? Because she laughed when Pia got kicked off (of course it didn't happen), or because she was talking back to Randy?

I noticed the dresses she's wearing were tailored specifically for jazz performances(or jazz embeded performances) like the rolling in the deep performance had a jazzy vibe and of course the moanin performance.

RE: Haley joining PMJ for part of European tour
MTV full Review (prior to Haley's arrival):
http://www.mtv.co.uk/scott-bradlees-post...r=16807528
Here's parts of it:
Feeling: Saucy, sassy, stylish, and a with steady slew of some of the biggest pop songs in recent memory, a night out with Scott Bradlee and his cadre of musical powerhouses spells just one thing - a guaranteed party. Whether you intend to or not, your toes will tap, you hips will sway and there’s a hefty chance you’ll walk away giddy on their infectious energy and catchy re-imaginings of classic pop songs.
The Look: Vintage cool, with the guys rocking braces, pinstripes and suits, and the women all stunning in various vampy, bombshell guises.
Tunes: An unparalleled ‘Greatest Hits’ of some of the best pop songs around, Bradlee’s band (strings, horns, drums and double-bass all in attendance) bring bizarre musical bedfellows to life with a genius vintage twist, performing everything from Britney Spears to Stevie Wonder, Sam Smith to Guns n Roses with distinctive style.
It’s an aural smorgasbord that lives or dies on the vocalists, and thankfully Bradlee’s quintet of performers blew the Apollo doors off with every note.
Banter: Grand Theft Auto-esque satirical ads from the group’s ‘tour sponsors’ played throughout the gig to grin-inducing amusement, while random Big Band riffs on the Mario and Inspector Gadget theme tunes added ample silliness, but it was MC Mykal Kilgore who provided the biggest LOLs, with a running diva-esque commentary that commanded all eyes at all times.
Sweat Factor: With tunes that range from hip-swaying sultriness to booty-jiggling bounciness, there’s a distinctive lack of dance-sweat on show.
Summary: Impressively and refreshingly, Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox are a YouTube band made even better by seeing them live. Bradlee humbly gushed that their London date was their biggest gig of their career - on this showing, it certainly won’t be their last.
