Creep is a real show stopper-its great to see the response she's getting.

I also really enjoyed Morgan James' unplugged Take Me To Church.

kaypea, I couldn't agree with you more. Haley's live performances of Creep are just mesmerizing, which is not to say that the video is bad. It's just that in performance, she seems to dig deeper each time --- how is that possible? -- and the result is always astonishing.

While I've long appreciated Morgan's rendition of Take Me to Church
, this stripped down version is definitely the best. She has an incredible voice, and she truly knows how to make it work for her in this song. (I don't get that in Sweet Child of Mine. Of course, I think SCOM is an insipid song to begin with so nothing will fix that.) I hope that with PMJ exposure, Morgan will be able to make a go on her own.

Agreed across the board,including Sweet Child..its just not my idea of a good song.But hearing Morgan on the ballad definitely makes me want to follow her more.

As for Haley she's obviously inspired being around all of these talented people and with an audience who at this point is readily familiar with her songs.But its helped bring her to a new level-and I think I can safely say the same thing for what she's doing for PMJ.

Sorry Buzz but Harry Reinhart & I are going together to my seats at U.S. Cellular Field today to lose our voices (since Harry finished singing last night at PS Pub) screaming for the White Sox to do some Ash-Whoopin' with Bats against Balls pitched by the Minnesota Twins. We need a win badly.

That is going the extra mile Elizz...I'm doing the Sam Ting but different ...driving to Chicago for the June 4th show. We'll have to compare notes when it is all over. Have a great trip. I'm sure you'll find some Super Haliens in KC...certifiable like the rest of us.

Here's the thing My Captain...I'm hoping for a Twins win for your benefit!

If the Sox win, you probably will have used up all your Haley Yells and destroyed your voice in process...urgent care, then Haley House rehab...the end result the mini-Shindig on June 4th will be Himmless. I can't abide that...sorry, just thinking of myself.

Give my best to Harry...probably should provide one earplug for him.
