I hope the brief time with Haley made up, somewhat, for your disappointment of the Meet and Greet. I hope what you will remember more than your disappointment is the fun you had at the show, of hearing Haley sing live and of meeting her and chatting with her

I did notice that you were hesitant in your excitement in your last post. I think ultimately it could have been organized so much better. I'm sure the outdoor venue threw a curve logistically, but there was a meeting area/lounge they could have used. I think ultimately my disappointment stems from just not having a ton of money and then realizing I might have wasted it. Next time I'll be more realistic about my finances and do some extra research to see if they meet up after the show.

I do not regret going of course, and seeing Haley and getting a picture with her is a memory I will cherish for time to come. She is really coming into her own. I overheard fans talking about her after the show, she is finally getting the recognition she has always deserved. Me and a few others were talking and we agreed she should have won Idol, no questions asked. At the same time, seeing how far she has come makes me happy that she took this path instead, because it has led her to Ole and to PMJ as well.

Even with research, it's unpredicatble that they come out. Scott told me they would in the UK, but they never did. During the US PMJ tour, a few fans went without the Meet and Greet hoping to meet Haley, some lucked out and she came out to meet them, others, they never got to see her at all, other than in the show....

I look at it this way, if you hadn't spent the money for the Meet and Greet, You wouldn't have had a primo spot to see the show (I see almost everyone around you in the Instagram is taller than you ) then didn't get to meet her after the show... you might have been kicking yourself for not 'splurging' to do the meet and greet .... So as Haley has famously said "Everything happens for a reason"

That's why even though I felt my Meet and Greet didn't measure up to the 'hype' I would have done nothing different, and as you say, it's a time and experience you will remember fondly for a long time

Actually I think I would have gotten that spot. People didn't take their spots till very late, since he venue is outside of a restaurant. Most people were eating and drinking. I met one of the band members who said it was their first outdoor venue. It was a totally different vibe for them I am sure. I agree though that its easier in hindsight to know what you should not have done rather than wish you would have done something! Ultimately there is no knowing whether or not the band is too tired to come out after or if they have to leave early, so its better to be safe than sorry!

...Vocalist and American Idol finalist, Haley Reinhart gave me the fucking chills. I was standing next to one of my most respected music critics, who’s 13 years my senior and a bartender at my favorite venue in the world (The Social). He had his hand over his heart. His eyes were watering. He leans over after clapping and says “that was the best cover of a Radiohead song I’ve ever heard.” And, Radiohead is one of his favorite bands of all time. Sometimes people say things to you that come straight from the heart. I believe when someone’s heart speaks to you, you should listen, with wide-open ears. The entire band showed up at our ticket giveaway sponsor’s bar after the show, Barley & Vine Biergarten Orlando. After a few beers, and a large round of Sake Shots, I found myself laughing and sharing a green bowl in my car with master-basser, Casey Abrams (aka Casey Bassy). Casey was on American Idol, season 10, finishing in 6th place, and above all, he is a truly amazing soul. While in our element (in my Honda Element) we talked about how he got to where he is now and the changes he made to get there. “I was going to college for upright bass. I wasn’t happy. I didn’t want to be there. I said to myself, ‘I want to do what famous people do.’ From that point forward, everything changed.”...

Wow-Creep has turned out to be an event in itself with these live performances.And you can hear people singing along at times.I'm always so impressed how she can change things up with her phrasing and note choices and it always sounds so musical-and its never clichéd or overdone like you hear with so many singers.Bravo.
