Yes, 2015 has been infinitely more active than the past 3 years combined, I'm sure it's a lot to absorb and deal with....another reason for management, someone to gather and prioritize all the possible opportunities that should be rolling in from the Wrigley commercial.
Maybe she's waiting and preparing in 2015 for bigger things to come in 2016, complete with 'effective' management and web site (and other forms of promotional media)

I don't know anything about the business, but I am sure that with everyone she is associated with, she has a list of good management people to recruit from. Maybe there aren't many 'good' ones out there who can be trusted?
Speculation, but maybe this is where some of the delay might be. As much as Haley acts like "que sera sera" w/ what happened at Interscope, it HAD to have stung, to be dropped in less than a year, having to possibly pay back advances that she never had a chance to capitalize on... Maybe "Trust" is a big thing and Haley, being the creature of intuition that she can be, hasn't met the ones she has connected w/ yet.
In June, she said 'the process' has started to interview management...then came the Australian tour, EP and FIFF responsibilities, making more videos w/ PMJ, then Wrigley ad probably blowing up probably started some new conversations between Haley and Ole... then getting ready for the coming US tours as well as other contracts needed taken care of, like the South American show, the wedding in Italy and this thing in Philly....
....so it's very possible, the 'tidal wave' of activities in the latter half of the year, she had to postpone 'the process'. So let's hope turning the page of 2015 to 2016 will reveal to us more the fruits of her labour?

The operative word is "effective" management, 19 Did nothing for her for whatever reason. Maybe they saw her being dropped from Interscope coming ( along with 50 other acts when they restructured after she was signed?) so didn't even try.
She did better afterwards mostly due to her talent and a whole lot of serendipity and things aligning just right. Not exactly a sound strategy. Until PMJ came along thanks to knowing Casey who knew Jacob who hooked up with Scott, Haley was with a guy who performed at summer festivals and she was doing background vocals for a local couple guys who broke up before their iTunes came out...Remember that?
Serendipity is an occurrence, not a strategy.
Regardless of what our perception of the significance of the event, doesn't preclude the loss opportunity of capitalizing on one of the bigger exposure events that has happened for Haley since Idol (The Wrigley gum commercial)
Ask any successful professional in the industry if going on without effective management at this point in your career is the way to go, I'd expect most of them will tell you no.
Just as you have someone for legal advice ( Dina), you need someone to run the business of promotion and details of a career in the industry.
She said in June she was 'ready' to pass the responsibility off to management. Even Haley recognises it (her words). She seemed relieved and excited when she told us...as if it's exciting news she wanted to share. Something happened between then and now to stall that, but make no mistake, Haley, and even Harry, knows a next step is "effective", hard working management.
Related, I just got an email from Harry.." I hear they're finally working on a website"...so that's a start..

Ole is a distribution, copyright and placement/ revenue collection company and just starting to get into a little music production with some of their acts, including Haley. We also have the bonus of their writing camps, but artist management is not what their primary focus is. I'm willing to bet the other acts with Ole have their own management.
Tusk is correct on all points. She's done really well this last year.Alot of that is raw talent and also the fortunate connection with PMJ.As far as that goes Scott Bradlee is not only the bandleader but he is also,in effect -if not her manager he has been her support system in terms of colloborating on songs, putting these videos together and also-importantly-promoting them on the web.
But at the moment in terms of promoting this commercial song and getting her maybe a spot on national TV she appears to have nobody. And so that at least in terms of this hot song is a big part of the let down or frustration that people feel,I think.

RE: Philadelphia Music Alliance - 10/26/2015
Does anyone know how a managing deal works financially, whether there's a standard model or whether it can take all sorts of forms? Because if it is not lack of time (because of being busy) or lack of inclination (wanting to keep control of these things even if it means going slower) then another thing at play could be purely financial. I have no idea how much money Haley has begun to make (for example, if and how PMJ distributes income made) but I imagine it must be really not that easy to just support oneself, living expenses plus cost of business like wardrobe etc. I've often wondered what Haley's plans and options would be if her music career for whatever reason were not to develop as hoped, what else she'd do to support herself and a family, given that she's not learning some other trade as a backup. The trade she's learning is the music and arts business with no plan B as far as I know. So what it comes down to is, as someone has noted here before: can she, would she, should she invest in developing this business, here by hiring management. Which means, if you don't have it in hand, extending money in advance - always a risky thing. But if you open a business, if you open a shop, a service, that's what you need to do: take out a loan, invest, see that you make the money back, then take it from there. So hiring a manager would not be about advancing her art, but investing into a business plan. My question is: Would a manager require a fixed sum of money each month (which she might not yet be able to afford) or are there deals in that business of the type that someone believes in Haley and is willing to go into contract with her without fixed compensation for the promise of participating in future earnings? Does anyone know? Maybe there are multiple models. But even then, it would be a big decision: there are artists who entered such deals, became famous, and regretted having to give so much of the money to someone else. One of the German national superstars has, I think, a manager who saw something way before it was something, and is now managing a multi-million seller (in that case a positive story of good instincts by that manager). Anyway, maybe hiring a manager is not easy to do because it requires either money in hand now, a loan that might be hard to get and is risky, or signing off on a fraction of future earnings that could be small, but potentially also really large with someone like Haley.
These are aspects way beyond seeing what turns up or having no time. I'd think these are maybe the kinds of things where discussing them with the parents is important, helpful and necessary. The thing to get going is to ensure that Haley has income, next to musical achievements, so that her career choice is sustainable, which requires things to happen, but to not let them happen in a manner where you end up in a mess with financial millstones around your neck in what, after all, is a tricky business where talent is not sufficient in itself and the water is full of sharks. The one thing she can be certain of is that people who hear her are sold - which is not the same as saying there is a large buying audience. They often buy less sophisticated things than Haley has on offer.
Somehow I think that in this area Haley knows what she wants and has a pretty clear idea of how not to get run over. She handled the Idol machine pretty well it seems - think the "shindig" moment. So I think it probably is doing things right - in getting that support infrastructure that takes it from serendipity to strategy. But it is true that there's a feeling that timing is an issue. It'll be interesting to see and fun to follow what she has lined up for 2016.

RE: Philadelphia Music Alliance - 10/26/2015
Haley has more revenue streams than what she gets from PMJ (iTunes sales, payment for touring, a cut of the VIP sales...etc) She has writing credit for all but one song on Listen Up! Which Ole has been placing in malls, movie theaters, Movies (Step Up Revolution) and other outlets, that gives her a steady stream of income going on 3 years. She has the private parties she's worked, from personal experience, I know can be quite lucrative, as well as some work she's done with AI, promoting them.
she's also started some things that have help coordinate a little of what goes on in her career (The sale of and revenue collected from "Get Yourself Together" to Christina Grimmie is an example)...
Plus the recent income from the deals struck w/ Chase and the clothing store in Sweden and possibly other deals that Ole has in the works
Add to that, she's kept her own costs low, Alyce Paris provides her with beautiful gowns for the big events, when she performs, she taps her musical friends to come and join, and her travel expenses are more than likely being paid by the entity that is hiring her to be at their events...
I don't know how going about getting management works, but by no means is Haley without resources or income
