Anders Grahn has, together with Haley Reinhart and Alex Reid, written the title song Better, soon to be released on Haley Reinhart's upcoming album.[4] The album will also include the song "Listen", co-written by Anders Grahn, Haley Reinhart and Maria Marcus. "Listen" has already been featured in the trailer of the showtime Network series Years of Living Dangerously, directed by James Cameron.

Reinhart’s gift to her fans will be the sophomore album “Better,” due out April 16.

“I actually had to hold back putting out the album because of all the buzz that’s happened around this single,” she revealed. “It’s been a labor of love for about three years or so now.”

Once again we see that April 16 date. Hopefully, this will help lead Haley to confirm or correct the release date "soon".

Yeah, I suppose Alex is responding to people that are always hustling to get a deal, with little in the way of material or special talent to offer. Ultimately, being a singer and entertainer is a craft with lots of pieces to master, and I wouldn't interpret his remark to mean "ignore the rest of it."

Haley is mastering more of those pieces and she benefits greatly from having one of those "once in a generation" type voices.

ole Label Services Soars with Anthem

Six months after being acquired by Canadian-headquartered music rights management firm ole, prestigious record label Anthem Entertainment Group - home to Canadian rock icons Rush among others - is moving full speed ahead.

And then there’s red dot, the ole-generated incubator label which recently released Haley Reinhart’s Better and the George Canyon album and single “I Got This,” with both projects scaling new sales heights thanks to the involvement of the ole label services duo.

Here, the Curran-Tasson expertise came in handy immediately, as Reinhart was experiencing success with an ole sync placement of the Elvis Presley chestnut “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for Wrigley gum.

“I said to Robert, ‘why don’t we start operating like a label for this?’ Let’s do some radio promotion, some marketing, let’s pour some gasoline on the fire and let’s see what we can get happening,’” Curran recalls. “We started immediately acting like a real label behind her, and the next thing, she’s sold over 200,000 copies of this single that was basically a sync placement.”

Reinhart’s Better has also done well, selling an initial 7500 copies after only two weeks of release.
