Purchased my VIP Ticket to the Petaluma show. Whew!! I accessed the ticket system directly from a link on the Mystic Theater website. The checkout process for TicketWeb was slow and a bit shaky (my connection timed out a couple of times, and I had to press resend), but I persisted thru the process. Seems like the TicketWeb system needs a hardware or software upgrade. I 'printed' the order confirmation page just to be sure. Now it's taking a long time to download the tickets, but the transaction shows up on my account menu. Oh well.

I've never had a chance to meet Haley, so I've very excited-- to say the least.

I had THE worst experience,.. I got in early at the LA site, it didn't recognise my password, had to reset, then when I tried to buy them when it was my turn, it showed no tickets available... Rachel suggested using my phone after me freaking out for many minutes...that finally worked

Then I tried to buy Chicago.... only GA was available, everyone on Twitter said they could see the VIP available.. I refreshed, used multiple browsers, even went on my phone...Nothing.

I eventually called them up, thankfully, it wasn't busy and the gentleman took my order by phone....

I have not been so stressed like this in a long time.. I saw no one else have the same experience :/

^^ I had no trouble at the Lincoln Hall site changing the "General Admission" tab to "VIP" and it updated the cost to $65.

That is rough Tusk, I'm glad you got it worked out. There seems to be a lot of confusion with TicketWeb, if that's what you were using. Very frustrating.

No it was AXS service, but I think it was something on my end, about half hour after I made the phone purchase for Chicago, it finally worked for me.. the site had it 'available' by 11 local time, but I couldn't get in until much later....

Sounds like Petaluma's service went down, luckily Ken got in before it happened...

I ordered my tickets through Live Nation, which is the site that Haley's website directed me to for the order. That website was very smooth. It automatically updated the ticket page at 10am, then I selected the tab for VIP tickets and then entered my information in and confirmed my order. It took only a couple minutes. Live Nation is definitely a very good site without much complication, if you want to try their in the future. Not sure what specific venues they support, but the had the Detroit Concert Hall on there and several other cities, as well.

Just made Hotel reservations for June 21 in DC. Got a good deal at Hotel Harrington for $155. Most hotels in DC are $350 to way on up there.
Hotel Harrington is just a few minutes away walking from the Hamilton.

Thank you for the heads up Tusk! I got the VIP tickets. Of course, now I have two General Admission tickets I'm not using. I contacted the ticket website to see if they'll cut me a break and give me a refund. If not, I'll sell for a discount.

If anyone in Minnesota wants to go to the show and doesn't have $20 to spare I'd be happy to sell my two GA tix at a discount.

I overthought this one...was waiting on Himm2 for an update on trying to pay Haley directly for VIP ticket, so she would make some side money. Anyway, when I contacted TicketWeb this morning about VIP tickets for the Minneapolis show...you guessed it, they are sold out.

Elizz, I'll probably take you up on the general admission ticket...need one and have to maneuver for a VIP upgrade somehow PM for details
