Haley did EVERY song from Better, all 11! She opened with a really dynamic Talkin' About - I hope someone recorded it. In addition she did Keep Coming Back and Wasted Tears - so she did 13 songs from her albums, plus the songs mentioned in other posts, for a total of, I think, a 17 song set.
And, the opening act was excellent.
Incredible.

Last night, singer-songwriter and American Idol alum, Haley Reinhart put on an incredible show at LA’s El Rey Theater. She just began her US Summer Headlining Tour in support of her latest sophomore album, “Better.” (See below for all upcoming tour dates)
After this concert, it’s clear just why Reinhart continues to garner widespread attention and ultimately, recognition. It’s that voice of her’s. Yes, this girl can S-I-N-G!
Hearing her perform live, you can’t help but think of making comparisons to some of the the greatest female voices around today. Singers like Christina Aguilera, Aretha Franklin and ... immediately come to mind. And yet, there’s more. Reinhart can sing any and every genre and style of music. She effortlessly transforms her voice to fit the style of song that she is singing at that moment. Jazz, soft ballads, bubblegum pop and most impressively, Haley can rock out too....
Song after song, Haley beautifully showcased her amazing control and strong vocal skills. Her genuine love of performing and being on stage were clearly obvious. It made for a perfect concert-going experience and an amazing way to spend a Monday night.

Bit of frustrating situation... I called the Belly Up in SD 3 times, they had nothing on the agenda before the show...said it was Haley's management's responsibility to give them that info, so....
I emailed Derek, he never replied, so.....
I saw Derek and Haley's tour manager at the Merch table last night and told them again...they were shocked, said it was actually the Belly Up that should know, as they were the ones selling the tickets (as opposed to Ticketmaster etc)... she took my phone number and told me she would text me the VIP starting time (nothing yet )
The folks in SF never got notice, just showed up 2 hours ahead of the show, Cecilia talked to some people who went to Petaluma, they never got notice either. LA, as far as I know, is the only place that emailed notice
But they were late letting us in, supposed to be at 5:30. That's why I thought it was odd that they did pretty much the entire set, about an hour, as we all sat and waited outside...
So be there 3 hours ahead to be safe, but Cecilia said she was 2 hours ahead and they started letting people in...though I'm not sure I'd take the risk of just missing it, myself. I still haven't heard from them about SD, it'll be a two hour drive for me, so I'm going to be leaving around 2pm....
Haley's team seems to think it's the venue/ticket sellers responsibility, Belly Up says it's Haley's mgmt's responsibility, so who knows?
