I must say.... it's been a long week in Chicago, but we had beautiful weather!!
My highlight of this trip happened today!!

I met these 3 cool ladies, (and an adorable daughter & her sweet boyfriend of one of them) that sat and chatted with me while they were buying merchandise from my booth...

Towards the end of our conversation, I found out, one of the cool-ass ladies is the mother of non other than "Haley Reinhart"!! Apparently, they ALL sing, ( mom and both daughters!) and she gave me a Haley CD!! I had some serious chills down my arms!!

Now...If you are lame, and don't know who she is, look her up!! She should've won American Idol!!

It looks like it was an RV show. She's with "wholesaling giant Conklin Fashion" out of Bainbridge, New York. In an article, Jerry Conklin said: “In the early days we sold one item, earrings, and today we offer over 10,000 different items from our six story warehouse.” From the pictures, it looked like their booth at the RV show was selling sunglasses and scarves among other things. The ladies with Patti might have been retail buyers as they were all wearing name tags marked, "Buyer."

Thursday 5-11-17 gig at Sheraton Grand Hotel Chicago for Cerebral Palsy Foundation Great Chefs Event ..with none other than the incredible Guitarist of all genres, Harry Reinhart. Patti Miller-Reinhart Haley Reinhart and Angela Reinhart, dis man is one baaaaad musician!! Thank you for letting me borrow him! We had a good time playing some jazz swing, Bossa Novas etc. Thanks Annivar Sal for the gig and for playing Cahone! Free amazing hors d'oeuvres all night long! Umm mm!

Right after i took this photo next to Haley's Tour Bus after the Glasgow show at 10:30 pm Angie glanced at the twilight in the sky and said to me: "Look how light it still is at this hour.

Ken Smith & I had a wild finish to the night after I had given a 4 hr DVD to Courtney (in the photo) and her mom who i got in a chat with during the show. The DVD was suppose to go to a Glasgow resident that had VIP tickets to the show that had sent me a Youtube message but he never showed up for some reason. So since these two gals were huge Haley fans seeing her live for the first time I had to offer it to them. They then insisted on buying us drinks while waiting for Haley to come out. Ken & I had mentioned that Haley would often come out afterwards and sign purchased items. I loaded Haley's giant wardrobe bag into the luggage hold on the bus with the sweetest goodbye hug and a "see you in Dublin" from her. This mom & daughter pair then insisted on sharing & paying for a taxi back to our hotel and them to the bus depot next door. Ken & I were so pumped with adreneline we couldn't get to sleep for another couple hours even though we had less than an hour sleep since waking up and later boarding our planes 35 hours earlier. Fun fun night!

I suspect that was just a one letter typo from "Ireland" to "Iceland" because the scene behind them is definately still in Ireland since it matches one Pat posted.
