It looks like Anders did some writing at Kobalt last month:

This little helper was also in today s session with @iman.yes over at @kobaltmusic in L.A 1st song written one day after the #grammys - feels extra good to be working on the music industry s New Year s Day!
So I guess Kobalt, which is a publisher, sometimes brings writers together like Ole.
The photo was taken by Anna Schlafer. A "creative director" at Kobalt. Around 11 years ago she was a "talent intern" at the House of Blues - Chicago. Around that same time she was the promotions director for a college radio station (WONC) in Naperville, Illinois that serves the Chicago area.
In 2014 she was promoted to "Creative Manager:"
Quote:Kobalt has also promoted Anna Schlafer and Amanda Samii to the position of Creative Manager. They are also both based in Los Angeles and report to Kobalt’s Sas Metcalfe and Sue Drew.
Schlafer, who has been with Kobalt for six-and-a-half years, formerly served as an assistant to Kobalt Founder and CEO Willard Ahdritz, and has held other roles assisting the company’s Synchronization and Creative teams.

Haley has a co-publishing deal with Ole. Kobalt's model is "admin-only." This info is from 2013:
Quote:We do not do co-pub deals. I feel a lot of artists are learning to appreciate the administration-only model, in that it’s clean, transparent and it gives the client control of their own copyrights.
In most cases, if the writer needs money, they lean towards a co-publishing option—meaning they are willing to give up interest in their copyright and a longer commitment. The alternative admin option isn’t as lucrative upfront but in the end it does have a much bigger pay-off for career and business-minded writers and teams. It seems there is a growing interest in the admin type of model. I believe it to be the wave of the future.
