Album shipping/receipt thread

Mine hasnt been shipped yet...maybe becuase of the mix up with my receipt. It says itll be shipped on the 22nd with UPS, so I might get it late

Finally back

I listened to it first in my Mom's car while going to lunch. A warning, the Bass is turned way up, I thought it was my Mom's setting, but it did the same in my car too. Not all the Bass but some of it, so be warned. That being said, best audio versions I've heard of the songs.... (BTW the two songs we listened to in her car? She said the Ballroom dancing folk would really get into those (Oh My and Free). She said Cha Cha and Swing.)

The Flip book is gorgeous, there is a brief comment on each song behind each "postcard"
'Spiderweb" has a haunting beginning and the full version feels much more like a 'rock' song than I was feeling from the snippet.
"Undone' has that interlude with just her vocals is magical. This single HAS to follow "Oh My"....It would show such range going form OM to "Undone"
Gonna slip on the headphones to listen from beginning to end now

Seeing the picture makes me a bit jealous. Nice composition, btw.

I thought the photobook would be larger but in retrospect smaller seems better.

I'm all about composition (Which worries me, I haven't been 'inspired' for awhile )

I think the size may have to do with these being 'postcard sized'. They are perforated near the binding, so if for some reason, you went crazy and decided to rip them out and use them as post cards, you could.

(one of the postcards is a shot from behind the boys sitting next to the pool with no Haley. Seems a wasted space )

My receipt said shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, but it came USPS Priority mail. there's a chance that, like mine, yours was shipped by USPS instead of UPS, and the post office delivers on saturday still right?

My USPS tracking code was all numbers, while UPS has letters, I think.

Worth it to check, if it's by USPS, there's a chance you get it saturday?

Mine was a combo of letters and numbers and is directed to UPS ground for delivery on the 21st.. by days end. At least is coming via UPS instead of the postal service where only God knows it might end up..

By the way, it can be shipped UPS and come by USPS, drop shipped by UPS to each Post Office. UPS pays USPS to deliver to residential addresses sometimes so they deliver mostly to businesses (many packages per stop). On the other hand, remember Haley said she had to re-sign them due to a mishap with UPS, could have shipped USPS the next time.

I guess it's considered a spoiler (figure8 pointed it out at IDF) so just to be safe, I took down the photo of my flipbook and cd and the one of the comments on the back of the flipbook that I posted.

Odd too, the cd is so new, my Windows Media Player doesn't recognise it, so the songs are just listed "track 1, track 2" etc

Your receipt says shipped on the 22nd? I looked back at all of mine and couldn't find that, but then again, I paid to get it shipped early... I understood all pre-orders would be shipped in time for you to get them by the 22nd, not shipped on the 22nd

I understood UPS doens't deliver to PO Boxes, because no one will sign for them at the PO. That's why the Mail Boxes etc type stores exist. They act as an address with someone to sign for the packages.

My original receipt from when I ordered it says this too.

On the one I received the other day, it says:

Someone said something about a UPS snafu, so maybe you got unlucky with that
