The first indication we had of this was this tweet:

omg. @haleyreinhart is in our agency. Not usually an idol fan but I'm in love. She will be mine.
I did a quick search and determined he must be a copywriter for Ogilvy and Mather. He's very junior and may have just started his employment there -- his website only lists two internships at previous agencies. He might be freelancing as that is all his LinkedIn profile shows for his work history.
I tweeted this, but received no response from him:

@BenDoessel Does @HaleyReinhart have an endorsement deal with an O&M client or is she there to talk PR?
A couple of hours after his initial tweet, he tweeted:
Quote:Ben Doessel @BenDoessel
Best day of my career to date. #tothebar
Don't know if the two tweets are related.
An hour or so ago, Figure 8 tweeted this picture, but I don't know the original source:
Ogilvy is one of the largest, most established ad agencies in the world. They have offices in over 120 countries and serve international clients like IBM and Ford. I would like to think they were wanting to license one of Haley's songs for a big client like Ford, but I have a feeling this was a visit to Oglivy's public relations arm. They might have been discussing some new PR opportunities for Haley. Or they might be in charge of her social media efforts.
Here you can see some college students studying PR visited the same offices:

Another clue, retweeted by F8:
^ Her job is "Presentations Coordinator at Ogilvy & Mather." So she may have coordinated Haley's appearance. Still not sure why she was there.
