That's not a very nice way to talk about someone who had just finished baking you some T-Man vittles (the "T-Man Lita Guitar Mix" clip in the "silly" music video thread)!

(presumptive of me (no pressure
), I know, but I really have loved this movie since I saw some of the props for the movie at a sci fi convention in Seattle before the movie came out)
Freaking awesome movie
I mentioned the movie to a friend who has a really nice in-home movie theater. After being laughed at for never seeing the movie, it was decided that we'd have a Blade Runner party tomorrow or Sunday. I'm pretty excited
I meant that with the fullest amount of respect...I've mentioned my surprise at the breadth of your knowledge on so many subjects, I was half expecting that you would know this, IMO, Iconic Sci Fi movie. It seemed like every other thing I bring up, you knew about
If by Lita, you mean Lita Ford (haven't looked yet)...yes Tusk had his Lita moments way back then. Hot girl with guitar, who wouldn't? She was a decent musician, I think she played up the sex thing too much it distracted from her talent. Joan Jett went the opposite direction, and just rocked it hard. I wonder if Lita's career might have been more successful if she didn't take the sex kitten route and just concentrated on the music/rock?
Get the buttered pop corn. Hope you got the Blu-Ray and remember this was made in the '80's but Scotts' vision of the Blade Runner/Humanity's future never goes cheesy/ and still works as an excellent Sci Fi even today, unlike other movies made at the time. I'm excited for you... I might dust it off myself and watch it again this week end
