I then asked if she could confirm she was going to perform on Idol on March 22nd. She lightheartedly mocked my serious tone and use of the word "confirm" before stating she could not confirm that but she would like to perform it on Idol. A few more questions were asked before I asked another question of her, stating I was curious why she had said her father would perform on 1 to 4 tracks of her album. Was it still up in the air? She replied it would likely be four, and she had made it clear she wanted him to be on as many as possible, but it would definitely be at least one. He had apparently recorded some of these tracks in Chicago. She thanked me for asking this question.

When I approached her to sign my pass as she was doing for everyone else, she addressed me as "Mr. Questioner."
