That's awesome. And with her giving Haley credit, Haley could earn herself a few more new fans.

(Obviously, not by thousands..but if 50 people check out Haley's album because of this..that's always a good thing.)

- It was really nice that she gave that public shout out to Haley(most especially for it's effect on Haley fans)

- Mozilla might have written more than 1/2 the song too.. but, he doesn't have fans that need to be cajoled... can't forget him though.. but it shows that writers really shouldn't expect shout outs.. ( they get the $ instead - and I think fans like to think of their singer singing "their own" songs, which is a marketing reason writers might not traditionally be mentioned)

- 50 More Fans ! haha.. it could be a lot more depending on how much play the song gets etc.. but that idea that 50 more fans is better than 50 less was really 1/2 my point

My take on that is like I said, in business so many final decisions are almost "toss ups" between two equally qualified contractors or job candidates or buy/don't-buy decisions. It's hard to know exactly how much it takes to tip a scale but anything you can put on the winning side helps.

- 50 new fans via christina may have each introducing 50 friends to Haley and listen up , in terms of playing the music .. mentioning her etc

- "staying on the radar" "what has she done lately"(past success means amazingly little in hollywood it the more recent films/albums flopped) are vital .. to invites to industry events and getting a consideration(interviewish) or even inclusion on a longer list of possiblities.

- it's great people are buying the single .. the .99 cents is probably well worth it for us avid Haley fans... even if it doesn't push the song to the top at least it won't fall to the bottom either..

- "It's really cool that Haley fans support her buy buying songs she wrote from other artists" --- that's a nice thing for non Haley fans to think isn't it ? (far better than the opposite!)
