I've adopted "The Voice" as my favorite singing competition show. It's a good respectful format that doesn't overdue it, doesn't condemn, doesn't make it all about the judges and has more professional-ready singers than the stupid "X-Factor". American Idol was the innovator to begin with but it has gotten a bit stale, predictable, and doesn't really give critiques worthy towards artist advancement.
