Quote: Five Reasons to Get Excited For Gratifly 2014
This will be the second year that Gratifly will bring together a collection of artists, musicians, teachers, healers, and anyone else willing to be an open-minded participant in this creativity-fostering festival.
Here are my five reasons to get excited for Gratifly 2014…
1) Gratifly 2014 will be held in Westminster, South Carolina from July 24th - 27th. This is the first thing that I am really excited about. The fest is hosted at Avalon, a communally-owned piece of land, nestled in the foothills of Appalachia; as such, it has a beautiful river, lake and many shaded, wooded camping areas...
2) Secondly, Gratifly has released a phenomenal lineup. Their team has worked hard to put together a dynamic group of artists from across genres. Not only do these musicians represent various musical persuasions, but they also come from a collection of backgrounds and cultures from across the world. Gratifly notes that they will have music running from 4pm to 8am on five separate stages and encourage festival-goers to listen to their favorite artists as well as discover new ones.
So who are these talented forces? Opiuo, Papadosio, The Polish Ambassador, Random Rab, Rising Appalachia, Little People, Gladkill, Desert Dwellers, Earphunk, The Human Experience, the list goes on. Take a moment to visit your tried-and-true acts or discover some new names. This lineup has already infected me with some serious FOMO (“fear of missing out.”)
