First I would like to second Hmm2's appropriate remarks about Swansteel's posts they are always well received on my behalf. That goes for everyone else that takes the time to give us your thoughts, especially pertaining to the Regal Haley Reinhart; more about that in a minute. About the flowers: ISCAT & I had decided not to post about the flowers, we did want to come across to flowery ourselves but it looks like Haley had a different idea so this is what we stated on the card. "If only these flowers could match the beauty of your voice. Best cross-genre artist to grace this generation. You rock the music world. ISCAT, (Randy), airhigh, (Brent) on behalf of all Haliens". I wasn't going to mention that the lovely Patty Reinhart serenaded me either,
it was the highlight of my night, but what can you do the Paparazzi's everywhere. he he. Remember this Haliens you just can't believe the urban legend, "what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas." In Swansteels defence it was heart warming to get to know this special guy better, he is a jewel of a man. Thanks Swan!
A few of my observations, night two: The PMJ entourage is a pleasantly produced ensemble of Highly talented musicians & performers that are extremely enjoyable to watch. They really bring the crowd into a frenzy of delight. Ariana Savalas had every man in the place's jaw dropping. She can really play the crowd, and has a lot of her dad Telly Savalas' acting instincts. The jazzy musical gymnastics are a joy to watch & I would recommend his show to anyone. This was Haley's first night with the show & she was presented as the featured soloist. She was amazing, as always, but you didn't get that Idol Tour effect because she hasn't been scripted into the act. If she were to go on the tour to Europe those acting abilities would be displayed again. That being said the crowd loved her.
You could sense that Haley had put in a long week in LA & that she was tired. Through it all, she stayed long after the gig, talking & taking pictures with fans. Making sure they were happy with the pics, all the little attentive things Haley always so aptly does, just watching her share so much love brought tears to my eyes. And guess what, Patti & Nikki are just like her, it runs in the family & its special. It was such a pleasure to see. Oh, Blake Lewis & Scott Bradlee have a little of that themselves.
One more note for now. A Haley fan from Vegas named Glenda brought her daughter to watch Haley. Her daughter, Hanna, is a professional photographer, she was taking a lot of still pics & they were amazing. She said she was going to post them on Haley & Scotts facebook pages. I hope she does because you will be in for a real treat Haliens.
Well I'm off to set up a drop box account, when it's done I will privately inform Tusk, Miguel & Rachel so they can access them. I hope there is something there they can use.
