At the shoot, knowing they'd performed the Flintstones medley, I asked Casey if he knew Bare Necessities from Disney's Jungle Book, he didn't. He asked me if I could sing a few lines, which I, with trepidation, did. Casey's face showed he still didn't know the song (probably because I was 'singing' it horribly
) But it was Jacob who, in his suit in the middle of the desert, said, "Yeah I know that song" picked up his sax and started playing as I was singing, then Casey joined in. Jacob broke the ice with song
Jacob also taught Casey the significance of Jazz Alley in the NorthWest, listing the name Jazz musicians that had played there... (How would he even have the general knowledge of that?) This was after I told them about how I tweeted Jazz Alley a video of Haley asking them to get her up to the NW, that Jazz Alley responded. Casey was unimpressed, but it was Jacob who came through with the knowledge
