Beats the heck out of looking each word up in an English-French dictionary. I had changed a couple of "his" to "her" but had enough of that. Click the link if you prefer the original French. 
You are correct, John -- it does beat having to look each word up. Not having used the Google translator option for something of this length (and not having used it for a long time), I didn't realize that there was an opportunity to revise it. By nature (not by trade), I'm a proofreader/editor, so such things tend to leap out at me.
