Part of me understands, she sees herself as a strong African American woman who wants to rawk, and generally, those who see themselves as rockers, there's a certain FU attitude that you might think you need to show, sort of an edgy gloss over your rawker persona... so maybe that's what she's going for with the assorted comments and posts that she's made since I've become aware of her.

That being said, I've been w/ Haley through 3+ years, seen how hard it is in this industry, even for someone as Uber talented and generally such a sweet personality as Haley, to see people, such as this one, get THE opportunity to fulfill a long time dream, do what you know you were put on this Earth, to do, to be so flippant and c/rudely nonchalant about how she responds to the small number of fans she does have, be disrespectful to others whether big names, or small timers, in her industry, not understand or respect other artist's work....

It just boggles the mind how she could have reached her age in this industry and be so oblivious, without one shred of humility for others who may or may not have 'struggled' to finally 'make it' as she might think she has.

SHE is too big of an obstacle, her personality (what I've seen/heard as a non Voice fan), her media presence and obstinate disregard to at the very least have respect for the industry and the people who work just as hard as she might think she does, for me to even begin to listen and decide whether she does have talent or not.

I very much agree w/ you that as fans of Haley's it's disheartening to see others of Haley's fans go at associates of Haley's for what they may consider a sleight, that it reflects badly on Haley in the long run. I myself, usually do not involve myself in such activity. But I think creative people who have worked hard on their labor of love should have at least the right to credit when others use it.

Baiting was my thought of what those Tweets were, You're right, if the point was to hightlight Karen's work, was it really necessary to preface it w/ all the other stuff? An off hand reference to Haley and the 'original PMJ' (showing she is, again talking about something she doesn't know...the 'original' PMJ? As opposed to this current one? )

but I was just made aware of the original members of PMJ and who presented and originated that style of the song ..

It shows, IMO, she clearly still holds a grudge about it, that she's annoyed one of her breakout performances will always have the PMJ taint, she decides to throw shade wrapped around a compliment to Karen.

That's the way I saw that series of tweets, clearly an FU to PMJ's issue w/ her/The Voice not giving them credit, and the "1 singer" a dismissive FU specifically to Haley (and her fans).

Yes, we as a fanbase, our actions, could hurt the person we are fans of, But so much more damaging when the 'Talent', herself, is the one doing the damaging...
