She had a number of offers back when she was trying to latch on to a label or get management help and she was wise to reject a number of those as being not in H.E.R. best interest while consulting with her music industry-knowing parents and lawyer.

I've been pretty vocal about Haley's need for full-time management so THESE will be my final (public) thoughts on the subject, and I'll (try to) exhibit patience...
From a pure career 'strategy' standpoint, I don't think Haley needs much help. She, her folks, Dina, Ole, and maybe even Scott and Casey have that covered pretty well. What she needs, I think, are 'boots on the ground' doing the stuff that takes time and effort-- burning the phone and email, as it were. Someone who can 'open doors' in the industry would be great (but maybe other contacts she's made can do that as well). And I think she needs someone who's not afraid to provide an alternate point of view, not just telling her 'what she wants to hear.'
Oh, and she needs a 'social media intern'
