Mad World with Haley and Puddles on PMJ Top Hat on Fleek

After 2 days of waiting (i.a. as someone who doesn't do itunes) it finally became available for paid download here, and I got to listen to this song. I like it! This PMJ series is getting better all the time - it deserves its own "Haley with PMJ" CD. Haley's voice has so many tones and moods and is clear and effortless in so many ways, again, new variations come up in this song all over the place - it astounds me again and again even though I know it is like that with Haley's abililties. I think this song has some colors that I've not heard from her before, and I am fascinated by the contrasts in this duet, in this version - very interesting, and a joy to listen to. They really took this song to new territory in my opinion. Fantastic! Do we know how much effort Scott and his people put into the mixing and balancing and all that? They get so much right with such quick turnarounds.

Well said, XAtlantic. Upon listening to the song a few times it seemed to me that Scott had arranged the song in a way that took Haley to some new vocal territory. After Puddles opens with song with his usual dramatic sad clown way, Haley enters the song with a totally different tone and sound. Haley always has new surprises for us.
