RE: Never Knew What Love Can Do feat. Haley Reinhart
After meeting Casey in Pittsburgh, he is a great, sweet guy who spent a lot of time with his fans, signed everything, took pictures, etc and he is a hell of an entertainer. Without Casey in her universe, who knows where Haley would be? I believe I heard that Casey introduced Haley to PMJ and that relationship took her career into a whole new direction. I think the "Habits" video came out in January of this year, and prior to that, it seemed she was struggling, with the low point (to me) appearing with that stoner band at some festival in South Carolina. Since then, wow, with the millions of views on PMJ, touring the world, the "F is Family" work, and "Can't Help Falling In Love" ad (with Casey on piano).
Also, to me, Casey and Haley play off each other so well, and push each other to perform even better during their live shows. I asked Casey about a 2016 tour with Haley ("Beauty and The Beard") as they both have new music out or coming out, and he liked it the idea. Haley with his band would be a terrific show, with Casey and Haley doing some duets and having fun banter. Someone here said that together they were reminiscent of Sonny and Cher of the 1970s, and I agree. In any case, 2016 is shaping up to be a hell of a year for Haley, and Casey is a big part of her success.
