Christina Grimmie fatally shot after concert

He apparently was armed with two guns in a hunting knife. (21 year old white male.) And it was clearly targeted (he shot her in the head.)


I am just so saddened, shocked, disgusted..and feel so badly for her fans, family, and friends.

And, according to CNN, he was not from Orlando, but traveled to get there.

It is senseless and sad, perhaps tragic. Usually, I try to avoid those extreme and, these days. overused hyperbolic terms, but here was a young woman with so much life ahead of her, to be ended for what? I won't be surprised, if/when, in the days to come, we learn that her attacker had either diagnosed or undiagnosed mental issues.

Much sympathy to her family and those closest to her, particularly her brother, who may relive this nightmare for years to come.
