THR "Idol Hangover" with Haley Reinhart (now posted)

Loved the interview and came away with three new things:

1. Shirley Halperin says, "It's a very...sexy, steamy record." Haley's reaction was sheepishly "You think so"? Shirley goes on, "I can't wait to see you slink on stage to 'Oh My', I'm sorry, that song is so great"! Well, what are the rest of us going to say, especially guys in the market for music? It's not just a guy thing...Haley really amps up the sex appeal, which women take note of too, and in a positive way.

2. "Oh My" collaborating with B.O.B. seems to represent this "sexy, steamy" thing Shirley was talking about. Of all the songs that Shirley wanted to talk about it seems "Oh My" was at the top of the list. It seems to be one of many that are contenders for the next single.

3. Shirley stated that the 10 song album edition was "the perfect length, the perfect amount of music, so good call on that too" (as opposed to the deluxe 14 song version)...It's great to know there are probably many at THR that are really excited about this album, having listened to it! Shirley wouldn't be out there on a limb by herself. She must have had a lot of positive feedback from others, a majority, on her team.
