Does the answer address the question? Joe asks about "the Christmas album" and Dave talks about producing recordings for
her label. I hope she is releasing her own thing for a Christmas record or EP (her label, not part of any DD record). Christmas music is American songbook type stuff that is in her wheelhouse. It represents a potential long term source of income as those songs get played every December.
While the fairness of streaming services for artists is an ongoing issue, there are certainly positives for someone in Haley's position. Mainly I'm thinking about recurring revenue. CHFIL has staying power and should continue to generate modest income for years to come. Christmas songs have similar potential, although more bunched at the end of the year.
