More often than not 'the customer comes first!".... I'm sure there's probably something that says no refunds or whatever, but I don't think it'd hurt to explain your situation, take screen caps of the incorrect posting, they can see someone messed up. Unless you're dealing w/ a machine, it doesn't hurt to talk to someone and if you do it soon enough, you may get your money back?
Tell them you were willing to fly across the US to see Haley, who they'd advertised falsely, that should be factored into whether they can give you a refund. It was because of their mistake that you made plans and the purchase in the first place.
ps there was a program recently that said 'flight insurance' is a big scam. if you read between the lines, it only covers specific hardships, like death in the family or natural disasters or the like, not anything mundane like misunderstanding a schedule
