Maybe someone posted this already... I dunno... but it's a great interview... soooo...

Thanks LovinDa...I remember the audio version of this. I thought Larry London did one of the finest interviews ever and now to have the video...it really gives it much greater depth. The look in his eye gives a real sense that he is a fan...he's been Halienized.

Before the album came out I recorded "Wonderland" with that clip where she introduces "Wonderland" @6:53 ....

This is um, one of my favorites, I eh, it's called Wonderland, and it has a very retro sound to it, between mmm, it's kind of like an old R&B like Motown feel, ehm..and it's a it's a love song so I think everybody will like it, I hope so...*snicker*

I listened to that intro for days until the album finally came out, which might be why "Wonderland" is one of my favorites. Something about the way she says it is so sweet and innocent, it worked perfectly to go into "Wonderland". Nice that we have a clear audio of that now, so I can burn "Listen Up!" on a cd and add that snippet before "Wonderland"

I love 'watching' Haley interviews because she is so expressive with her face.

Yes, it is refreshing to see a 21 year old so excited about contributing to a better world. As older fans we may think it is a bit naive in the face of reality, but we all can recall our idealistic teens & 20s.

The music world, or even society may try to dismiss this sweet, optimistic, parent-loving Haley, looking for the darker side in an artist. The troubled or bad guy/girl is often more attractive to a large segment of society.

I am inspired by Haley. She lives what she professes. If life knocks you down you have to get back up, something else is just around the corner...from the book of Haley.
