Exactly this. As of right now, there is nothing to be TOO concerned about. All sales after this point are most likely from people newly discovering Haley. Let's not forget that!
ALSO: Look at Rebecca Ferguson's sales. She's an excellent comparison, because she is about as well known as Haley is in the US right now (aka not really known at all). She also has a similar sound and album (albeit more somber and Adele like than Haley's fresh and peppy Listen Up!). Rebecca only debuted with 12k in sales with slightly less promotion.
And finally, look at Kimbra's sales (not even top 50). Kimbra is a brand new artist, arguably more well known than Haley. She was featured on one of the most popular songs in the country this year -- Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know.
