Done. The trend lasted for two hours in the United States.
At some point during the trend, B.o.B began following Haley on Twitter.

as I understand it, there is a phrase that's agreed upon that you need to include in your tweet.
In this case, the phrase to be tweeted was "Haley And BoB Oh My!"
You're supposed to vary what you tweet, but include the phrase. Where people get in trouble is if they tweet without much variance, like some will just add a number next to the phrase, 1 then 2 then 3 etc. That will get you suspended.
that's why some create 'dummy' accts. knowing they will probably get suspended.
If you vary your tweet enough, they won't catch you. The trend comes from the phrase being repeated alot by a lot of people.
