I see Nuffing on this event, nope can't flaunt what you dont have. but I didn't check it out via Google Earth. What contrast between Spring Park and Grant Park. Lots of lakes around there. Ms. Hales can do some waterskiing.

^ We had some info on a different thread regarding this event...but I'm too lazy to look it up. Lake Minnetonka restaurant & bar...great setting for Haley. This is one of the hot spots on the lake...largest lake in the Twin Cities. I'm in Northern MN again, will not be there. Minnesota seems to love the Hales!

This was post about Lord Fletcher's back in June:

I'm going to the Springs to see her friday and it says there will be question and answer time. If there is, anyone have anything they want me so ask? I'm thinking of asking her if theres any news on a possible tour and if soul on fire and follow my heart will be available anytime soon. Also I was thinking of taking my camera to take video....but I kinda want to enjoy it and it looks like she hasn't played any new songs yet, so contemplating.

Hey, I finally thought of something you could ask....can we expect a new song for her special occasion at Lollapalooza? She will have the full band there. I doubt it, but a guy could hope right?

I noticed by figure8's site, that they re-listed her performance on August 2nd (it was cancelled earlier).

I was hoping that she would have down time to practice a new song or two for the show, but it seems she will still be running around even the day before Lollapalooza.

August 2nd...back at Lord Fletcher's on Lake Minnetonka, just outside Minneapolis. This is the largest lake in the Twin Cities area with some of the most expensive homes (the artist still known as Prince had a huge home on this lake). At over 14,000 acres Lake Minnetonka gathers more boats/people during the summer than any other lake...the docks and restaurant will be packed.

Sounds like a live dress rehersal for the big Lola show ... makes sense to work through any possible snags with the particular band that will be together two days later.
