and here I thought we had her brand of humor all to ourselves..

Oh, my ditto was to the "love sense of humor" thing. I don't twitter. Maybe there's a Lovinda imposter?
Well, I've had people post as me before...so....
but then again, can the world handle two LovinDa's...even if one is an imposter?

I figured with all the new LovinDa love, your dance card might be full .....
Back on Thread (I think) I know in the back of my mind, Haley will be OK in the long run, and selfishly, her not making it BIG right away means there will still be intimate performances to enjoy (and the environment Haley is at her best). I didn't attend S10 tour because I knew that was not the way I wanted my first exposure to Haley's vocals to sound...amplified over 10's of thousands of screaming fans echoing in a stadium..
That being said, we had such a good start, and you're right, Tom, Interscope has done right by Haley with her artistic freedom and we don't know all of the facts and the efforts being put in to help her career by her reps.
I just can't get past how underwhelming the 'result' has been. We still harp at how she STILL hasn't had any decent 'talk show' appearance outside of some local TV and Conan (limited Cable audience) The View was OK, but short lived....
As I have posted, Haley has more than held her end of the deal with consistent performances, no 'stage' too big for her. It just seems it has gone for naught, mostly, there is so much to capitalise on but all we have gotten is a few youtube vids and interviews....
Lollapalooza is a big disapointment for me in the respect that they have done practically nothing to capitalise on a BIG event for her which she slayed. I think it 's fair, at this point, to wonder why so many missed opportunities?....
Can you imagine what an interview or two on a major talk show hightlighting how she did at Lolla, could do for her exposure? I see articles that use words like 'historic' regarding the performance, but no follow through to illustruate it....

(Imagine her talking about what went into the decision for her to take over the rap...then follow through with a live performance on national TV?)
I try to be positive in most of my posts regarding Haley (not always successful) , but the follow through to highlight all the things she's recently done, that has been underwhelming, if not almost non existent.
I have been a defender of her reps, a
'I know there must be something in the works/planned for Haley' fan as much as I can, but if there was a time for a big Haley 'splash' it should have been Lollapalooza....instead.... do you hear the silence?
