Too true. I knew about this tweet this morning but didn't think it needed to be brought up. It really ain't no big deal. I highly doubt Haley lost any sleep over it.

Haley forgot the lyrics to a song during the Idol group round.

I can't imagine she stopped everything down to look up the lyrics. Since no one else appears to have commented on it, I don't think it was that big of deal. She likely had her phone at the ready last night because she wasn't very familiar with the song.

Some in the crowd may have booed because they saw her looking at the phone, associated it with karaoke and her with that "karaoke show" American Idol.

So Miguel is there an "Idol group round"? A performance by Idols every so often at the W? Then, she should have been prepared. But, maybe she went along last minute and had not planned to sing at all, but got dragged up to sing and maybe somebody said just look up the lyrics on your phone and get up on the stage with us???

...can always hope it was 100 percent impromtu...

Which reminds me of another impromtu performance that was meant to be impromtu and in the kind of company where it fits, by another idol. Do you think Haley should stop by a Steel Panther show??? She needs to know some Heart or Pat Benatar then...
