From the "Follow the Signs" chapter of my Haley journey,
For a few months, it has been suggested to me that I give a listen to ZZ Ward by a number of people. I have to explain that it's not only about the music that makes me support Haley, it's the whole package. It's not like I can flip a switch, then, voila, I'm a ZZ Ward fan.
Anyway, She's beginning a new tour, I noticed that she'll be up here on April 1st, I was still flip flopping on whether to go, wondering if it'd be worth the extra bucks for the Meet and Greet.
This weekend, I was talking to a friend who is a big ZZ Ward fan, I told him, I was thinking about seeing her. Next thing I know, some of them are going to see her w/ me
. So I guess that's it, I'm going to see her, the meet n greet etc.
I came to post about it, and remembered someone had already started a ZZ thread. I looked 4 pages back and posted about going to her show, not thinking about the original post.
Another friend thought it was a new post, and asked me where it went? (after Miguel moved my ZZ post to the "other musical subjects" thread.) My friend thought the post was deleted and said, well, that photography stuff looked important, why is it gone?
I looked for it, 4 pages back, and sure enough, it was still there. I re read the original post and wondered if anything came of it (not seeing the part about him working with Haley & Casey for 'akoo', probably BICO
). I looked for the twitter handle of the photographer, but it was gone, he had changed it, the tweet he made about working with ZZ and Haley was gone too.
Luckily, he redirected to his new twitter handle. A shot in the dark I decided to ask him what happened...?

I contacted him by Twitter, asked permission to post it, that I'd give complete credit. I thought, maybe it was some unreleased footage, turns out, the vids he's talking about are the Vids of "Free" and "Wasted Tears" done for Akoo (I believe it's the recording Babbs attended ?)... So those were the vids he was working on at the time of the tweet.
So those vids no longer exist, since Akoo is gone, but he gave me the original vids and said, since Akoo is gone, don't worry about credit if I post them
Listening to the file, after having not seen the vid for some time, the audio is very good, the video, as clear as any done at the time (the one in Minnesota comes to mind as one of the best)
So not new, but I can post those videos up again from the originals, since Akoo's channel is gone
Another example of how Haley and ZZ seem to be in conversations. Funny how these things seem to be connected, lately
