Haley may have been recording for Interscope/19R so they could make a decision on the 2nd album (or the decision might have been made earlier).

Interestingly, in Montreal she introduced "Oh My!" as a potential single (in introing the song) and event recently before, but in Maine she said she didn't know.
p.s. Shirley Halperin wrote the story and she has close contacts within the idol machine so this report is likely on the mark.

The Hollywood Reporter picked up the story and added sales numbers.

That's about 10K a month (average). I was in Wal-mart last week and moved the standard edition CDs to the new release section, leavng a few Deluxe editions on the regular rack. I stopped in the other day and the standard editin CDs were gone so I moved the deluxe editions to the new muscic rack next to Phillip Phillips two remaining CDs.
The big question(s)...
Were these CDs in stock because Interscope was clearing out its inventory? After declining to record a second Haley album, will they continue to press and distribute copies of Listen Up!?
