Two Haley songs cleared to sing on American Idol

I noticed Haley & Chiara tonight too. Ryan might not've stopped & talked to her on camera but he did pause right beside her for several seconds. That wasn't an accident. He knew she was there. I've noticed past Idols in the audience from time to time and they don't always interview them. At least they made the effort to get Haley on camera.

Also, I just wanted to say that I wouldn't mind if they waited til' next season after Haley (hopefully) has released her 2nd album. I think it's a little too over optimistic to think that she'll be able to appear on Idol every season, so I'd like to see her use that when it'll do her the most good.

I think with all the past idol contestants that have made an appearance (on stage) on the show this season, it would have been nice if Haley was included in this group.

Yep. Chiara usually accompanies Haley on business-related activities. We don't hear of them just hanging out in LA together. Though they might.

Haley's dad Harry told me that Haley and Chiara are very tight. I think Chiara started out being Haley's manager, but has become her BFF!

Chiara and Haley have been to football games together, so its not always business with them.

I have watched their interactions off stage in Vegas and at the private LA party and my sense of it is that Haley has alot of trust in Chiara. When there is a decision to be made, Haley, more often than not, would look towards Chiara, Chiara would make the decision, then Haley would go along with the decision without hesitation (and always with a smile).

In LA, Chiara made all the decisions that night, it seemed. In a sense, Chiara plays the 'Heavy' in their relationship. If a fan has a request and Chiara says 'no', then it protects Haley from being the one that 'disappoints' the fan. Also, Chiara is the one to check what was agreed upon, so Haley doesn't end up doing more than what she was contracted to do.

Chiara isn't all business, though, I have also seen her relax on some things, 'bend the rules', so to speak, show some flexibility. After all, Haley is a free spirit and a people person, so I think Chiara knows that and at times let's Haley be Haley
(Like in LA, She Haley and Keith stayed pretty late into the evening after the performance...except for when people left them alone to eat, Haley was constantly being approached, Chiara and Keith were also very social..... I don't know for a fact, but I imagine , they could have easily left shortly after the show, but stayed pretty late, ending up sitting on the deck, shooting the breeze looking over the beach, when many of the guests had already left)

Haley & Chiara have been mixing business with pleasure for a long time now and have become BFF's. Notice Chiara gets the first hug from Haley after she finished singing the national Anthem at U.S.Cellular Field last summer:

and Harry made a point of saying that he & Patti had a wonderful dinner with Haley & Chiara when they were out in LA back in January (Harry was Likely out there laying down some guitar tracks for Haley's EP songs.)

Haley just Tweeted that she was already at the CBS studios and decided to stay for the show last minute. She also said the producers want her to perform this season, but it is difficult with all the traveling she is doing. I'm sure Miguel will post the actual tweets here soon. I don't know how to do it.

It must be killing the 'anti' Haley fans to come to TVLine ....they want Haley to fail and calling me delusional for saying that It's not out of the question that Haley perform this season.....

So glad that Haley tweeted that they wanted her to perform so I can rub it into the Haley hater's face....

(petty, I know, but I'm tired of the dismissive tone) Haley is growing her career with a ton of respect from people in the business....these people refuse to see it
