My boy DeAndre' (took away the Brackensick apparently. Probably a good decision.)

His record company did him well! It's probably a little more popish than DeAndre would have preferred. But it sort of sounds like an Island/Reggae Maroon Five song.

Haley connection? DeAndre's manager/head of Truth Records is associated with Ole publishing. (After all, DeAndre was supposed to go to Greece.) And I'm pretty sure DeAndre is getting his songs from Ole.

With Haley's ability to write Reggae style R&B and with her concentration on song writing, I wonder if she might get a song on DeAndre's album.

[My Alter Ego]

I like DeAndre too. He's got an incredible voice. If he hadn't been given such mixed messages while he was on AI (something that seems to happen with the younger contestants who don't necessarily have a strong inner core - Angie being the notable exception), I think that he would have fared betted. And, I hope, ultimately, he will.

The song is catchy and has a "dancy" rhythm to it.

P.S. I harbor this fantasy that Candice will invite Jessica and DeAndre to reprise their "Doesn't Matter Anymore" for her debut album.

^^Babbs, I think a lot of people loved that group number, which is, albeit merely a fantasy,why I'd like it to be on Candice's first CD. I don't think that it would any of their careers.
