I thought IDKHTLY was mentioned as a single from her 4th album. If so it seems surprising that she would release an album of popular music independently of her record label.

I lose track anymore, but, who mentioned it as part of HR4? Someone from Team Haley or just fans (myself included)? It's starting to look like this is a personal project, something to brush up on her growing experience in producing, as is shown in the credits for the video (H/T Don)

"WTS?" seemed expensive on the production end (studio time, live musicians, engineers and producers), but it probably didn't sell that well. So she might have paid a fair amount out of her pocket.

Hopefully not. It always seemed that WTS was a 'feeling out' project between Haley and Concord. There wasn't really a 'push' to promote post song's release, that's why I'd been saying IMO their next collaboration would be THE real deal Haley/Concord project. This release doesn't change that opinion, I believe there is a Concord project upcoming. This appears to be a one off project involving friends, just like SMYM was?
